Grisha Pavlotskyi is the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of Miro, the world’s leading visual workspace for innovation. Grisha is also the GM of Miro’s work with Professional Service Providers (consultants). As CTO & GM, he is responsible for how our customers and Mironeers drive business forward via critical transformations and initiatives.
Prior to Miro, Grisha served as a Managing Partner at Deloitte for 19 years where he worked with major, multinational companies with a specific focus on international expansion strategies. Whilst there, he gained rich experience in formulating strategy and building high performance teams.
Grisha is passionate about leading high performing teams, scaling leadership across the organization, and unlocking creativity and innovation. Grisha is Ukrainian and lives in Amsterdam with his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys working with charities and exploring new cultures and countries with his family.
