Ryan Macaleer is the Vice President of Sales for IBM’s AI Ops & Integration software business across the Americas. In this role, Ryan helps clients leverage Artificial Intelligence and expertise to improve and automate roles related to IT operations and Hybrid Cloud Integration. Ryan’s team is dedicated to driving improved client experiences, reducing costs, and scaling IT operations automatically.
Prior to joining the Americas AI Ops & Integration business Ryan served as the global sales leader for the Business Automation software business. Ryan has also held roles as the Director, Worldwide API Economy where he drove growth of IBM’s API, Datapower, and Mobile software business globally, US Federal Business Unit Executive for the Middleware Software business, and Business Unit Executive in IBM’s US Federal Software and Intelligence Community Software business
